All our commercial sewage treatment plants benefit from a Polylok tertiary filter. Through its smart design, this filter achieves a significant reduction in suspended solids. In fact, the effluent discharged has 35 per cent less SS than systems without the filter. It is also beneficial in lowering levels of both Biochemical Oxygen Demand and Ammonia.
To protect against unpleasant odours, our commercial sewage treatment plants come with a 600mm carbon cover. As well as reducing the possibility of smells, it delivers unbeatable durability and strength.
We are able to include a number of optional extras, depending on your site’s requirements. Extras include add-ons such as extensions for deep installations, pumped outlets, sample chambers and Degrilleur® trash barriers. We can also supply phosphate removal and ultra-violet treatment chambers.

Off mains drainage operation: The commercial sewage treatment plants available from us work on the principle of an inlet, primary chamber, aeration chambers and diffusers. They also have a ‘humus’ chamber, sometimes called the final chamber, Polylok filter and an outlet as well as recirculation to a primary chamber. Each plant benefits from a turret guard, carbon covers, a high level alarm, compressors and GRP kiosk.
